Read a whole team before you ask for one.

We wrote a team for Slaney Physio, a fictional two-physio clinic in Enniscorthy, and published everything: the interview, the three roles, the walls and the graph. Both voices in the interview were written by the AI from a persona card, so you can see the shape of the conversation before a person sits with you.

What came out of nineteen turns

  • Three roles. Front desk, claims, GP liaison. Six procedures, two workflows, five walls, two numbers, four named systems.
  • One typed Brief the owner said yes to, and twenty-seven plain files in a private Brain, checked so every workflow step points at a role that owns it, every file read back byte for byte.
  • Every decline kept. Claims stop at ready-to-submit, booking needs no yes but cancelling does, and no target was invented for the number she does not track.

Slaney Physio’s team as it sits in its Brain: operators own procedures, workflows cross them, one Integrator walks them, the owner is the wall.
“It can book. If it is booking into a real gap that is not clinical, and Nuala does it without asking me. But it cannot cancel or move anything without asking.”The owner, turn eleven. That sentence became one procedure the role runs alone and one wall it stops at.

What it proves, and what it does not

It proves the questions flow, the Brief holds, the files build and read back clean, and the graph is sound. It does not prove that a real physiotherapist would answer that way, because both voices are the AI’s. That still needs a real owner, which is why the first placements are priced from the minutes they actually take.
